Honningsvåg Tunnel

The Honningsvåg Tunnel or Honningsvågtunnelen is a road tunnel on the island of Magerøya, in Finnmark, Norway.

It is located slightly north from the North Cape Tunnel, and it is part of European route E69. The length is 4,443 metres (14,577 ft). It was opened in 1999, at the same time as the North Cape Tunnel. The tunnel goes through a mountain near the city of Honningsvåg. It is the northernmost public road tunnel in the world.

It is not tolled, but most of the traffic uses the North Cape Tunnel also, which is tolled with a relatively high fee.
